We do offer site transfer services free of charge, however you previous host must be using cPanel/WHM in order for the process to work successfully. Also, there is no guarantee that all files will be intact or that the transfer will work. If you wish to have us try anyway, simply submit a ticket to our Support Department and we will begin as soon as possible.
